New version of the Parhelia driver supports Linux 2.6.20

After one user mentioned in the Unofficial Matrox Technical Support Forum that the current release of the Matrox Parhelia driver doesn't compile on 2.6.20 I was having a look at the code and found out, that it was a trivial change where the kernel devs removed the definition of SA_SHIRQ in favour of IRQF_SHARED.
